Caseificio Defendi will be among the main players at Sirha Budapest, Hungary’s most important biennial international event dedicated to the agri-food sector, scheduled to take place from  3rd to 5th March 2026, at the HUNGEXPO Congress Center in Budapest.

This is an unmissable event for Caseificio Defendi, which will be bringing its finest cheeses to the fair: from its flagship cheeses such as Gorgonzola PDO and Taleggio PDO to specialties made with buffalo milk and truffles cheese, available in various formats and solutions designed for both the Horeca sector and Retail.
