The award, assigned by a jury of 73 buyers and operators of the sector, rewards the attention to product design and communication: an elegant packaging with attention to the details, characterised by refined colours, an evocative name ‘Goloso al tartufo’ (Gourmet Truffle Cheese) and a spoon-shaped window that highlights the creaminess of the cheese.
